My journey has taken me from the bright lights of Broadway to the quiet halls of hospice, and everywhere in between.

I’ve been an opera singer. A Christian punk band frontman. Church planting pastor. Hospital chaplain. Military officer. Trainer at Hewlett-Packard. Amazon executive. Reverse recruiter. And a career coach.

And if there’s one thread through all of it—it’s this:

Breaking down my career into Acts:

Act I: I started as a performer on stage. I loved the discipline, the art of delivery, and the power of words to move people.

Act II: That love turned into a calling—and I stepped into full-time ministry. I pastored evangelical churches and later became a chaplain in the U.S. Air Force and the hospital system, walking with people through their most sacred, vulnerable moments.

Act III: Eventually, I entered the corporate world—training teams at HP, scaling a business that was acquired by Amazon, and leading their talent acquisition efforts… while still pastoring and raising a family of 9.

The right words opened doors. Defused conflict. Lifted hearts. Changed lives. But most people don’t have hours to prep for every meeting or tough conversation.
